Guangzhou Liwan Plaza

Liwan Plaza (Liwan Guangchang) is located on Xiajiu Road within the golden sector in Guangzhou. The total floor space is 310,000 square meters. It composed of residential, restaurants; shopping and entertainment centre and is a large scale modernized group business building.

The upper levels are luxurious apartments and sixth floor and below are the shopping mall. The square is divided into the North tower and the south tower. The north tower is near changshou Road. It is quieter and mainly deals with jade carvings and clothing. 

The underground of South Tower comprised of some agencies. On the east side of second storey there are undergarment shops and night dress shops which is selling modern stylish design .

There is a circular open-air square between the North tower and the South tower. There are some small underground stores surrounding the square. The stores deal with foreign export clothing where the price is cheap and reasonable.
